Most rooms use ThreadCount’s hosted service. A room running the Community edition on its own server enters that server’s address here, once, on each phone.
ThreadCount can’t reach your linen room’s records, so it can’t show you what you’re holding or send a request. Nothing is being saved up in the background.
Check the ward’s wifi, or step somewhere with signal.
